1. Account Terms

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Subscription Services

Certain features of our Platform require payment ("Premium Services"). By subscribing to Premium Services, you agree to:

2.2 Billing Cycle

2.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• All payments are non-refundable except where required by law
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions

2.4 Free Trials

• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before trial ends
• You must provide payment details to begin a free trial
• Only one free trial per user

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post false, misleading, or harmful content
• Share copyrighted material without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access our services

4. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you post
• By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content
• We may remove any content that violates our policies without notice

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
